Dans le cadre du Printemps des Migrations, le Secours Catholique des Alpes-Maritimes organise tous les mardis du mois d’avril des projections de films sur le thème de la migration suivies d’un échange

Film d’animation de Lukas Schrank. (15 minutes)

Pour faire face à un afflux de demandeurs d’asile arrivant par bateau, l’Australie a créé des centres de rétention dans des États voisins d’Océanie. Elle séquestre ainsi des centaines d’individus, hors de son territoire, hors de tout cadre juridique, dans des conditions déplorables.
Parmi eux : Behrouz et Omar, deux Iraniens actuellement détenus sur Manus Island, une île de Papouasie Nouvelle-Guinée.

Miniyamba, Walking Blues
Film d’animation de Luc Pérez, (14 minutes)

« Miniyamba » est un court-métrage réalisé par Luc Perez, avec une bande sonore signée Moussa Diallo, et chantée en français, bambara (langue malienne) et lingala (langue congolaise).
Au Mali, dans un restaurant, Abdu, le joueur de ngoni fait la connaissance de Bakari, un jeune serveur. Abdu veut passer la frontière pour partir faire carrière en Europe avec sa musique. Bakari voudrait le suivre mais se sent « coincé ici… ».

Between lands
Documentaire de Lore Rinsoz (10 minutes)

Dans des territoires montagneux du nord de la Grèce, «Between Lands» raconte les péripéties d’Elaf dans un hôtel transformé provisoirement en abri pour réfugiés. Elaf a sept ans. Depuis que sa famille et elle sont arrivés de Syrie, ils passent de camp en camp en attendant que l’Europe abatte le mur qu’elle a érigé devant elle. À travers les yeux innocents des deux filles, le film cherche à répondre à ces questions dans le calme de la terre.
